Free Virtual Event for Enterprise AI Leaders

Building AI that works in production is hard. For most enterprise teams, the biggest obstacle isn’t the model, it’s the data behind it.

Study after study shows that organizations abandon AI projects due to poor data quality and inadequate data infrastructure. The gap between AI ambition and AI execution is, at its core, a data readiness problem, and it’s one that most enterprise teams are navigating without a clear playbook.

That’s why we’re launching the AI-Ready Data Summit, a free virtual event bringing together enterprise data and AI leaders to share the strategies, architectures, and real-world lessons that separate successful AI deployments from stalled experiments.

Registration is now open at AI-Ready-Data-Summit.com.

What Is the AI-Ready Data Summit?

The AI-Ready Data Summit is a four-hour virtual event taking place on March 31, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM ET. It is free to attend and designed specifically for enterprise teams that are building, training, and scaling AI in production.

Attendees will hear from data and AI leaders at organizations including Dell Technologies, Lockheed Martin, and Red Hat, alongside lakeFS leadership and a growing lineup of enterprise practitioners. The agenda covers the full spectrum from strategic frameworks to hands-on implementation:

  • What AI-ready data means in a production enterprise environment, and why it determines AI project outcomes
  • How companies such as Lockheed Martin built an AI Factory to enable traceability, reliability, and explainability across AI development and deployment
  • The technical foundation of reproducible ML pipelines and AI-ready data infrastructure
  • Data and AI architecture patterns for supporting diverse workloads while maintaining governance
  • Managing data access, compliance, and costs across globally distributed AI teams
  • Everyday challenges and practical lessons learned building AI-ready data infrastructure

Sessions are designed to be concise and actionable. Complex topics are broken into focused 20–30 minute presentations that are easy to follow and built to keep you engaged throughout the event. The full agenda is available at AI-Ready-Data-Summit.com/agenda.

Who Should Attend?

This summit is built for enterprise IT organizations at large companies and government agencies that are serious about AI at scale. That includes:

  • VP and director-level leaders in ML, AI, software development, data engineering, and enterprise architecture
  • Practitioners and engineers responsible for building and maintaining AI data infrastructure
  • Members of ML/AI centers of excellence and cross-functional AI teams

If your organization is investing in AI and you’re responsible for making it work, this event was designed for you.

Why We Built This Event

At lakeFS, we work with enterprise teams every day wrestling with the same foundational challenge: the models are ready, but the data infrastructure is not. We built the AI-Ready Data Summit because we believe the people solving this problem deserve a dedicated space to learn from each other, not just from vendor pitches.

Every session is focused on real-world experience and practical takeaways. No fluff, no sales theater.

Reserve Your Spot

The AI-Ready Data Summit is free and open to anyone working on enterprise AI. Sessions will be streamed live, and we encourage attendees to join for the full four hours, though individual sessions can be attended independently.Save your spot at AI-Ready-Data-Summit.com
